CE 399 Civil Engineering Project Management

This course provides students with an overview of fundamental concepts andapplications of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques in managing civil engineering projects. Thecourse covers a wide range of topics related to civil engineering project management including projectlife cycle and organizational structures, project delivery systems, scheduling, cost estimation, projectcontrol, financial analysis, contract management, and code of ethics.
