CPE 685 Computational Systems Biology
This is an introductory course on computational modeling of biological systems. Topics that will be covered include biological modeling, representing biochemical networks, chemical and biochemical kinetics, case studies, Bayes inference and Monte Carlo methods, stochastic simulation of biological networks.
