Grade Changes

A final grade in a course may be changed only if an error in grading or grade computation was made, or if an Incomplete/Absence petition was approved and filed before the end of the semester in which the course was taken. If one of these circumstances applies, a grade may be changed within 6 months after the completion of the semester in which the course was taken for an ABS or within 12 months after the completion of the semester in which the course was taken for an INC.
