Credit Completion Ratio or Calculating Pace (Quantitative Measure)

  1. Each year, a student’s progress will be measured by comparing the number of attempted credit hours with the earned credit hours. This includes any course for which the student has remained enrolled past the add/drop period. After a student has attempted 12 credits, s/he must earn sixty seven percent (67%) of the cumulative attempted credits to maintain satisfactory academic progress.
  2. Graduate students must earn 67% of their cumulative attempted credits to maintain satisfactory academic progress.
