HSS 175 Introduction to Psychology

This course presents the beginning student with an overview of the entire field and scope of psychology. Areas covered include research methods, the biological basis of thought and behavior, learning, perception, memory, thinking, personality, pathology, and development. Current theories, research and controversies in each of these fields are highlighted.
