Activity Report
Students enrolled in research credits (i.e: PEP 960) or D999 (Maintenance of Full-Time Status) are required to complete a Doctoral Activity Report at the end of the semester. This report should outline the status of the student's research.
This completed form must be reviewed and signed by the student's Dissertation Advisor and Department Chair, and subsequently be submitted on Workday to the Office of Graduate Academics & Student Success. Students who do not submit the Research Activity Report at the end of the semester will receive a registration hold placed onto their record, and as a result will not be able to enroll in additional credits.
