Structure of the EMBA
The EMBA program is designed to empower mid- to senior-level working professionals to lead businesses at various levels, working with people, processes, and technology. They will be equipped to work with new and emerging technologies to transform businesses across functions. The program further aims to develop human-centered leaders that are inclusive and understand the impact of innovation on all stakeholders. It offers a high-level perspective on data-driven decision-making, strategic management, entrepreneurial thinking, collaborative skills, and finance-savvy problem-solving while taking the students on a deeper dive into the dynamics of economics and global business.
The program is designed for working professionals with a strong career trajectory in traditional business strategies and who would benefit from a holistic understanding of technology integration into business.
Coursework is supplemented by a leadership lab held at the US Military Academy at West Point that allows students to test what they’ve learned about trust, teamwork, communication, and ethics. Hands-on projects and access to a panel of alumni mentors and career coaches add value to their journey through the program.
Degree Requirements: The EMBA consists of 18 courses and 48 credits. Admission to the EMBA requires that applicants have a bachelor’s degree and ideally 5+ years of relevant full-time work experience. The GMAT/GRE is not required.
